New to Day Camp? Start Here
We want to get to know your dog before their first visit. All new day care guests complete a Day Camp New Guest Form so we can understand your dog's personality, health needs, and preferences. This helps us create the best possible experience from day one.
The form is available through our clinic — reach out to our front desk team, led by Paula, and we'll get you set up. You can also access client forms through our online portal.
