Our experienced Pet Care Coordinators provide veterinary support for the staff veterinarians and animal hospital. All are dedicated and professional veterinary technicians or assistants. First, they are here to serve you and your pet. Our group of veterinary technicians know the importance of providing quality veterinary pet health care. They are all animal lovers and have their own pets. They also provide support for our staff veterinarians and assist in the care for our patients. Having quality veterinary technicians and assistants is essential for any veterinary animal hospital. Without these dedicated professionals no animal hospital or clinic can provide the level of care that your pet deserves. Our veterinary pet coordinators are also involved in the community and enjoy the downtown St. Petersburg experience.
Meet Our Veterinary Support Staff
Andrea – Hospital Administrator
I’ve been at Northeast Animal Hospital since summer 1998, but have had the pleasure of working with Dr. Scribano since 1996. I am currently the hospital administrator. Although many aspects of my job are greatly rewarding, I primarily enjoy the human resource part of my position.
On my down time, I enjoy reading, biking, history and traveling. I have a Boston terrier named Daisy and am happily married with two children who are now in college.
Paula – Front Desk Supervisor
I’ve been with Northeast Animal Hospital and Pets in the City since January 2013, having worked in this field since 2003. My favorite part of my job is working with a team of doctors and staff that genuinely LOVE animals. I love helping people give their pets the best care possible!
When I’m not working I enjoy making candles, photography, golf, going to the beach and baking dog treats. My Pekingese Goo-Goo and Opie, my Japanese Chin are the best little taste-testers! My cat Sheldon quietly observes.
Meagan- Animal Care Attendant
I started here again in December 2015 after taking a short break to stay at home with my children. I had been here for 3 years previously and love being back interacting with our clients and their pets. I’m continually learning new things about the veterinary field and it’s easy to stay excited about my work.
When I’m not at either Northeast Animal Hospital or Pets in the City, I love spending time at the beach and doing other outdoor activities with my family, two children, and Layla, our 8 year old miniature dachshund.
